Achievements

Major achievements of the financial year 2017-18:-
* Total production of rice 53,697 MT and total production of food grains (Rice+Wheat+Maize) 59,841 MT in FY 2017-18 through strengthening extension activities.
* Providing training to 2,425 farmers on applicable modern technology.
* Setting up of 185 exhibitions on modern varieties and technology expansion.
* Providing advice to about 5000 farmers to encourage application of organic fertilizers on land.
