Vision of the Department of Agricultural Extension

With the aim of agricultural commercialization with the aim of ensuring food security, introduction of environmentally friendly, safe and sustainable productive agricultural activities in a changing climate so as to accelerate the socio-economic development of the country along with the protection of natural resources.

MISSION OF DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURAL EXTENSION

Increasing the technical knowledge and skills of all categories of farmers by providing efficient, effective, decentralized, area-based, demand-based and integrated agricultural extension services, so that socio-economic development of the country is achieved by ensuring sustainable and profitable crop production growth.
